Ingredients
3 cups (18 oz) dark chocolate chips or pieces
2 cups (12 oz) white chocolate, chopped or in chips
2 Tbs coconut oil
purple neon food coloring
blue neon food coloring
sprinkles
Directions
- In a large bowl, melt the dark chocolate until smooth. Keep warm, and set aside.
- Divide the white chocolate evenly between 2 bowls. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to each bowl. Melt until smooth. Add purple food coloring to one bowl and blue food coloring to the other bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted dark chocolate on top, using a spatula to spread to your desired thickness.
- Pour the blue chocolate over the dark chocolate. Then, add the purple chocolate. Use the tip of a knife to swirl the chocolate around until you get the desired look. Add sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before breaking into pieces.
